מועדון הקפה "אל קפסיטו" נולד מתוך צורך פשוט ומעניין. אני אוהב תערובות קפה וכדי להכין תערובת צריך לקלות כמה סוגים שונים של קפה. קולה הקפה שלי (מג'ולינו) יכולה לקלו מינימום 400 גרם, ולכן בקליית שלושה סוגי קפה (למשל) של 400 גרם, השגתי יותר מקילו קפה קלוי. מי יכול לשתות כל כך הרבה קפה? (רציתי לקלו קפה כל שבוע). אז התחלתי לחלק את התערובות לילדים, לחברים ולשכנים שלי. משם, המועדון למעשה קם וצמח מתוך הנחת היסוד של היותנו טועמי קפה מושבעים המחליפים טעמים, הערות וחוויות.
הלוגו והצבע שנבחרו למועדון הינם אדום-לבן ב קווים אנכיים כהזדהות למועדון הכדורגל שהערצתי במהלך שנותיי בארגנטינה. שיחקתי במועדון כשהייתי בין 14 עד 17 כשוער ויצא לי בסוף התקופה להתאמן עם ההרכב של הליגה הלאומית.
למה "El Cafecito"?
נתתי את השם לכבוד אבא שלי, מריו. כל פעם שהיה מגיע לביקור, עם הגעתו היה מסתכל אלי ושואל
